We are delighted to welcome back David Eades as our moderator for the 2026 Summit.
With over two decades as a prominent anchor for BBC TV News, David brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the role. He has also spent a decade as a foreign correspondent and Sports News Editor, covering major global events such as the Olympic Games, FIFA World Cups, Ryder Cups, and winter games. His reporting has addressed significant topics ranging from the business of sport to ethics, health, and wellbeing.
David's extensive experience includes reporting on historic events, such as the death of Princess Diana, the launch of the Euro, Brexit, climate change issues, and elections worldwide. As a seasoned MC and moderator, he has hosted numerous live shows, TV debates, and events for organizations like SportAccord and various sports associations.
In addition to his journalistic achievements, David is the founder and current Chair of Sport At The Service Of Humanity and serves as Vice-President of the International Masters Games Association. Outside of work, he is an avid golfer, a casual skier, and enjoys cycling and indoor rowing.
